Business Development Executive – Insurance Join Capgemini as a Business Development Executive in the UK Insurance sector, driving Cloud Infrastructure Services sales into client accounts. You will engage senior decision‐makers, navigate complex buying cycles, and secure wins to build long‐term partnerships. Key Responsibilities * Identify and qualify new opportunities within current and new insurance accounts, contributing to the team's growth goals. * Guide prospects through the full sales lifecycle—from initial qualification to successful closure—ensuring a smooth and collaborative process. * Take ownership of your part of the sales process and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes. * Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans, aligning with broader sector and organisational goals. * Collaborate with delivery teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and client satisfaction. * Work toward sales targets that contribute to shared team success, with collaboration from peers and leadership. Qualifications & Skills * Experience in new business sales and delivering business growth within the Insurance sector. * Background selling cloud infrastructure solutions and services, focused on addressing client needs and delivering value. * Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions and levels in a matrix environment. * Strong commercial awareness, including experience with pricing strategies, contract development, and negotiation. * Comfortable navigating internal processes and governance structures to move opportunities forward efficiently. * Consultative sales approach, using storytelling, insightful questioning, and the ability to inspire and support others.
