Senior Consultant/Manager – RELEX Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning

Job Description:

  • Lead and support end-to-end RELEX implementation projects, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Design and optimize Demand Planning and Replenishment Planning processes aligned with client business objectives.
  • Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and develop planning operating models.
  • Configure and validate RELEX forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, allocation, and promotion planning capabilities.
  • Support integration design between RELEX and enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, ERP platforms, POS systems, WMS, and data platforms.
  • Analyze planning performance and recommend improvements to forecast accuracy, inventory turns, availability, and waste reduction.
  • Develop functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and testing artefacts.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, and business adoption activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, merchandising, store operations, logistics, and IT.
  • Manage workstreams, project plans, risks, issues, and status reporting while ensuring high-quality client delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional value creation across planning and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or transformation programs.
  • Strong functional expertise in: Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Replenishment Planning, Retail Supply Chain Planning.
  • Hands-on RELEX implementation experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations involving Demand Planning and/or Replenishment Planning modules.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong understanding of retail planning processes across stores, distribution centers, and omni-channel operations.
  • Proven client-facing consulting experience and stakeholder management capabilities.
