Working with teams across the business, you'll ensure innovative ideas translate into successful customer solutions, delivering commercial impact and an outstanding customer experience.About the role•
Lead the cross-functional commercial delivery of product and strategic business initiatives across Royal Mail.•
Oversee the commercial delivery pipeline, ensuring effective prioritisation, governance, and launch readiness.•
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Commercial Delivery Managers.•
Ensure initiatives delivered through Product and Technology are fully operationalised and successfully embedded across the business.•
Drive alignment across multiple business functions, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Training, Customer, and Technology teams.•
Champion customer-focused outcomes, ensuring new products and capabilities enhance the end-to-end customer journey and deliver commercial value.•
Manage programme risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement to support successful delivery and You•
