Senior Growth Manager, German Market

Job Description:

  • Own the German growth P&L, including revenue, CAC, LTV, contribution margin and payback
  • Set targets and own the forecast, focusing on profitable growth
  • Define and deliver the growth strategy for Germany
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities to scale acquisition and improve efficiency
  • Lead the full funnel across paid search and social, including Google, Meta and Bing
  • Oversee SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing and CRO
  • Integrate channels and measure them against unit-economic targets
  • Partner with CRM to improve repeat purchase, cohort retention and lifetime value
  • Build attribution, reporting and forecasting infrastructure for marketing and finance
  • Build, lead and develop the German growth team
  • Set expectations, hire and support specialists
  • Represent Germany at leadership level
  • Communicate performance, risks and strategy to executives and the board
  • Translate market performance into decisions for the executive team and board
  • Balance long-term strategy with hands-on problem solving

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in German
  • Significant experience in digital growth or performance marketing
  • At least three years in a senior leadership role with ownership of strategy and a team
  • Proven track record of scaling a D2C, subscription or telehealth business through a meaningful growth phase, with direct and demonstrable impact on revenue and contribution
  • Experience owning unit economics, including CAC, LTV, payback and contribution margin
  • Experience making commercial trade-offs that lead to profitable growth
  • Demonstrable success building and leading high-performing growth teams
  • Confidence operating at executive and board level
  • Deep, hands-on command of paid media across Google Ads, Meta and Bing
  • Experience with SEO and lifecycle or CRM marketing
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio and SEMrush
  • Fluency in cohort analysis, attribution and segmentation
  • Deep understanding of the German market, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape
  • Strong understanding of the German healthcare and pharmacy regulatory environment, including HWG and advertising restrictions relating to healthcare and prescription products
  • German speaking and based in the UK
  • Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application
