Conduct research and gather data on user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform product design and development Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, and marketing, to ensure human factors considerations are incorporated into product development Apply human factors principles and methodologies to analyze and evaluate product designs for safety, usability, and effectiveness Lead the development and execution of usability testing plans to gather feedback from users and identify areas for improvement Create and maintain documentation, including human factors engineering reports, usability test protocols, and design guidelines Stay current with industry trends and advancements in human factors engineering and apply new insights and techniques to product development Mentor and train junior human factors engineers on best practices and processes Communicate and present human factors findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders and project teams Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure products meet human factors regulatory requirements Use a human-centered design approach to develop innovative and user-friendly solutions for patients' needs.</p><p>AstraZeneca is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
