About the role

As Senior Learning Designer, you lead the design, development and delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based learning solutions. You create inclusive and accessible instructor‑led learning interventions that meet the needs of the Crown Prosecution Service. You translate complex legal, operational and organisational requirements into clear, engaging and accessible learning content.

About you

We’re looking for an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, or someone willing to work towards it, with proven experience of working as part of a learning design team, using a variety of digital, audio and visual technology and contemporary design theory.
