By combining GTM Consulting, Data&Analytics, Marketing and Sales, and Operations Excellence expertise, we support our clients Sales Go-to-market in various areas: Demand Generation, Inside Sales, Channel Management, Customer Success and Renewals, and Sales Support.

To support and perpetuate our growth and ambitions, we are recruiting a B2B Sales GTM, Marketing & Communication Manager to lead and evolve our commercial positioning, enablement, and marketing strategy across the B2B Sales practice.

What You Will Do in This Role

In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.

The B2B Sales GTM, Marketing & Communication Manager is a key contributor to the commercial growth and market positioning of the B2B Sales practice. Operating at the intersection of strategy, content, and execution, this role owns the end-to-end GTM narrative — from value proposition development and sales enablement to thought leadership, analyst relations, and AI innovation storytelling.

He/she defines, evolves, and operationalizes the go-to-market positioning across priority verticals and geographies, ensuring alignment between global sales strategy and the materials that bring it to life in front of clients, prospects, and analysts.

This position requires both strong creative and strategic communication skills, and a transversal internal leadership capacity — working across sales, operations, marketing, and leadership stakeholders to produce high-impact, commercially-oriented outputs.

GTM STRATEGY & SALES ENABLEMENT

·Own and evolve B2B Sales GTM positioning and messaging across the practice

·Build and refine industry narratives and verticalized messaging across priority sectors

·Develop vertical decks, first-strike materials, and sales motion playbooks

·Create and evolve value propositions for new offerings and emerging capabilities

·Support RFP responses and strategic proposal development

·Translate market opportunities into scalable, repeatable sales motions

·Build commercialization narratives for AI and technology solutions

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

·Own and publish the B2B Sales internal newsletter and communication updates

·Consolidate and communicate new wins, innovations, GTM materials, and business announcements

·Manage and align social media and thought leadership priorities

·Maintain and enrich the B2B Sales content ecosystem and knowledge repository

·Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing alignment across teams

·Support executive communications, leadership presentations, and strategic storytelling

·Maintain and update website content and digital messaging as positioning evolves

MARKET INTELLIGENCE & COMPETITIVE MONITORING

·Conduct ongoing market intelligence across AI, B2B sales, and the competitive landscape

·Consolidate analyst trends, market signals, and competitor developments into monthly updates

·Translate benchmark findings and external signals into strategic recommendations

·Support benchmarking analyses and market comparisons for leadership reporting

ANALYST RELATIONS & EXTERNAL POSITIONING

·Coordinate analyst-related deliverables, submissions, and briefing materials

·Manage proof points, innovation stories, and differentiation narratives

·Create executive storytelling that demonstrates business evolution and impact

·Support positioning for external recognitions and market visibility initiatives

AI & INNOVATION WORKSTREAMS

·Support positioning and commercialization of AI-enabled sales solutions

·Develop messaging and use cases for iXHero and other emerging initiatives

·Build AI thought leadership and innovation narratives for internal and external audiences

·Research emerging technologies and convert findings into strategic recommendations

CASE STUDIES, AWARDS & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

·Lead creation and maintenance of a centralized case study library structured by sales motion

·Interview stakeholders, collect outcomes, and convert client stories into sales proof points

·Coordinate award submissions and recognition programs — identification, narrative development, and tracking

·Identify content gaps and future knowledge opportunities across the practice

EVENTS & EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

·Support planning and execution of client and leadership events

·Create executive presentations, speaking materials, and event collateral

·Coordinate post-event communications and opportunity tracking

·Support leadership on ad hoc strategic initiatives and transformation programs
