Proactively identify and address operational challenges and opportunities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Develop and manage budgets and resources for field operations activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance field operations processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the telecommunications industry.
