Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Requirements

  • A strong background in marketing analytics, with a track record of owning analytics strategy end-to-end
  • ,
  • Proven ownership of experimentation and measurement frameworks, designing A/B testing programmes, building attribution models, and defining the KPIs the business is measured against
  • ,
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across the marketing analytics stack (GA, GTM, Braze, AppsFlyer, Firebase etc.), with experience deciding which tools and tracking implementations to adopt, not just using what's already set up
  • ,
  • Track record of advising senior/exec stakeholders, using data to shape marketing strategy and able to challenge assumptions and influence direction, not just present findings
  • ,
  • Experience working autonomously in fast-paced environments, comfortable prioritising without heavy oversight

  • Strong visualisation skills (Looker) with experience building self-serve dashboards/reporting used across the business, not just one-off charts
