Working hours

Minimum of 30 hours per week, must be flexible with working hours and able to work full time all year around. The weekends are our busiest trading days which means you will be required to work these days and days off are likely to be allocated on a week day. Overtime is paid at our normal hourly rate.

Summary

'We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Assistant and Key Holder to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our Clacton-on-Sea store, this role is vital in supporting our mission to provide outstanding service and drive sales. You will play a key part in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.'

Responsibilities

' Greet and assist customers with personalized advice on beauty products.
  • Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Support sales targets through effective upselling and product promotion.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Assist in stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store securely.
  • Train and supervise junior staff members.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store.'
' Proven experience in retail sales or management within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a key holder is preferred.
