<p><strong>Senior Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud)</strong></p><p><strong>Travel Client</strong></p><p><strong>London </strong></p><p><strong>£375-£420 per day - Outside IR35</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This is an opportunity to join a well-established consumer-facing organisation on a major customer service transformation programme. You'll play a key role in improving how customer service teams operate, using Salesforce Service Cloud to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and support best practice across the platform.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p><br></p><p>They are a recognised organisation with a large customer service operation and a strong focus on digital transformation. Their Salesforce environment is central to the customer experience, and they are investing in process improvement and automation to drive greater efficiency. This contract offers the chance to work closely with senior Salesforce stakeholders and make a tangible impact within a high-volume service environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role and Deliverables</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to support customer service process improvements</li><li>Build and optimise automation using Salesforce Flows, with a focus on low-code and declarative development</li><li>Partner with Customer Service and Salesforce stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational efficiency</li><li>Support the adoption and optimisation of Einstein capabilities within the existing Salesforce environment</li><li>Maintain clear technical and process documentation, ensuring changes are fully recorded and understood</li><li>Manage deployments and environment changes using Gearset, following best practice DevOps processes and version control through GitHub</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Skills & Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud administration within complex environments</li><li>Proven experience creating and maintaining Salesforce Flows to automate business processes</li><li>Experience working in a contact centre or customer service environment</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and its practical application within Service Cloud</li><li>Hands-on experience with Gearset for Salesforce DevOps and deployment management</li><li>Experience using GitHub for version control, documentation, and change management</li><li>Ability to document solutions clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Preference for declarative, low-code Salesforce solutions rather than custom development approaches</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p><br></p><p>If you are a Salesforce Service Cloud specialist with strong Flow, Einstein, Gearset, and contact centre experience, please apply to discuss this contract opportunity in more detail.</p><p></p>
