As a Senior Treasury Manager at Hyde, you will be our senior treasury expert, providing technical leadership across treasury planning, forecasting, funding strategy and financial risk. You will translate complex treasury and market information into clear insights and recommendations, helping to protect Hyde’s financial resilience and support strategic decision-making by the Executive Team, Group Finance Committee and Board.

Key Duties

  • Lead treasury insight and recommendations for long-term financial planning, covenant forecasts, liquidity projections and debt capacity assessments.
  • Use stress testing and scenario analysis to assess risks and recommend strategic mitigations.
  • Lead Hyde’s credit rating activity, including forecasting, benchmarking, stakeholder insight and agency engagement.
  • Shape treasury input into fundraising plans, investor materials, funding documentation and EMTN programme updates.
  • Maintain treasury controls, oversee key risk measures and present analysis to support senior decision-making.

As a Senior Treasury Manager we’re seeking someone who can bring:

  • ACT qualification, such as AMCT, or a recognised accountancy qualification
  • Proven treasury subject matter expertise in a housing association, regulated organisation or large corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical, judgement and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for protecting financial resilience and supporting long-term strategic objectives.
  • The ability to interpret complex financial planning, liquidity, cashflow, covenant and credit rating information to influence senior decisions.
