ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of Employee Central and Time Management modules across TUI, acting as a subject matter expert for both solutions.
  • Supporting a network of Key Users across the business will be central to your role as you ensure the solution is utilized and embedded in all parts of the business where implemented.
  • We'll rely on you to ensure our data governance principles are adhered to and Framework processes are embedded while maintaining cost-efficient operation.
  • Playing a key part in testing the solution through various iterations, you'll tailor test cases and ensure SMEs have the required support to sign off on each test phase.
  • You'll take a leading role in project workshops and meetings, ensuring decisions are documented and agreed while working closely with other workstreams to define, test, and document requirements.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll engage, motivate, and influence people across multiple locations to ensure successful delivery of the solution.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience managing the implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules across complex matrix organizations.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module demonstrates your expertise, with Time Management and ONB2.0 certifications
