SEO Specialist (Remote from UK)

In this role, you will own and drive the organic growth strategy for a fast-growing e-commerce brand, ensuring maximum visibility in search engines and a seamless user experience across product and content pages. You will conduct advanced keyword research, optimize on-page and technical SEO, and lead link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority. Collaborating closely with content, UX, and development teams, you will transform data insights into actionable strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Accountabilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and boost conversions.

Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and optimize content across product and editorial pages.

Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements, including metadata, internal linking, site speed, structured data, and crawlability.

Lead link-building and digital PR initiatives, cultivating relationships with relevant websites, publishers, and partners.

Collaborate with content, UX, product, and development teams to enhance on-site engagement and ensure SEO best practices are embedded.

Monitor and analyze website performance, conduct audits, and prioritize actionable fixes to optimize results.

Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to future-proof organic strategies.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands‐on SEO experience in e-commerce, DTC, or high‐growth digital environments.

Proven track record in executing successful link acquisition and content‐driven SEO strategies.

Deep expertise in technical SEO, on‐page optimization, and off‐page practices.

Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, SEMrush, or similar.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.

Experience collaborating effectively with cross‐functional teams including content, development, UX, and marketing.

Familiarity with Shopify or other e‐commerce platforms is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to clarity and detail.
