We’re looking for a Diagnostic Services Administrator to join our growing Diagnostic Administration team. This is a key role supporting the assessment and diagnostic process for individuals undergoing ADHD and ASD evaluations. You will be responsible for coordinating diagnostic assessments, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate clinical records, all while ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for clients and clinicians. Assist with the administration and scoring of standardised assessments under the supervision of qualified clinicians.
Administrative and Scheduling Support
Maintain up-to-date and confidential records in line with data protection and clinical governance standards.
Data and Reporting
Support the collection, organisation, and analysis of assessment data to assist clinicians with diagnostic formulations.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, reports, and documentation.
Provide administrative support for audits, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
Communicate effectively to ensure efficient coordination of diagnostic services and a joined-up client experience.
Contribute ideas for service improvement and help streamline internal processes.
Psychology degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) AND/OR extensive knowledge in reviewing clinical reports.
Previous experience in a mental health or diagnostic services setting.
Empathy and sensitivity when supporting individuals with ADHD and ASD.
Confidence working collaboratively in a remote, multidisciplinary team.
Additional training or certification in neurodevelopmental assessment or support.

Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
