Serviced Accommodation Cleaner (Airbnb / Short Lets) – Immediate Start

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our clients holiday rentals are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing properties for guest arrivals and ensuring each property meets our quality expectations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail to contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces, in accordance with company standards.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
  • Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored securely.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with property managers or hosts regarding scheduling or specific guest requests.
  • Take Bins out on designated Bin days
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cleaning roles is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable transport or access to transportation to reach different properties efficiently.
  • Previous experience in Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating welcoming environments for guests.
  • Must have availability on Sundays, Mondays & Fridays. Although shifts can vary, these are the busiest days.
  • Must be able to commute to Bromley
