Shift Manager Salary: £35,231 - £42,039 + Benefits + Profit Share Bonus We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead operational shifts at our car parks in Birmingham. As a Shift Manager, you will lead from the front, setting the standard for service, safety and teamwork while keeping operations moving in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Lead, motivate and support operational teams on shift, including customer-facing colleagues like PCV Drivers and Site Operatives Take full responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring services operate safely, efficiently and on time Deliver excellent customer experiences, resolving issues and complaints with confidence and care Manage resources on shift, including staffing levels, equipment, vehicles and site operations, in line with budgets and demand Oversee handovers between shifts, ensuring clear communication and continuity Support the training, coaching and development of team members, helping people grow and succeed in their roles Have a real impact on customer satisfaction, team engagement and the overall performance of the site. Airparks is a 24/7 operational environment, so we welcome candidates who can work shifts to meet the needs of our customers. This will include weekends and evenings. On a full-time basis, you would work 42 hours per week, being scheduled for shifts across our 24/7 operating hours. You’ll work on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, which will be made up of day and night shifts. 4 on / 4 off shift pattern ~ 20 days annual leave, extra holidays through Holiday Buy, Birthday Day Off, and Sabbaticals at each milestone. ~ Parental Leave: Enhanced parental leave - Up to 1 year off, including 13 weeks at 100% pay, 13 weeks at 50% pay ~ Access to Gym Discounts, P]] ~ Salary: GBP 35231 - 42039 per year
