Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and help them with their questions.
  • Give details about the shop’s products and services.
  • Keep the exhibits neat and tidy, and make sure the shop floor is clean.
  • Use the point‑of‑sale system to process sales transactions correctly.
  • Efficiently restock shelves and keep track of inventory levels.
  • Help team members with general office work as they need it.
  • Deal with consumer complaints or issues in a professional way, with the goal of quickly finding a solution.
  • Help maximize sales by advertising new products or special deals.
