Location: Canning Town

Working pattern: Part-time (20 hours per week) | Shift-based (Site hours between 7:00 AM - 4:30 AM)

Pay: £14.40 per hour (20% uplift for hours worked after 10:00 PM)

From launching new sites to ensuring operational excellence across markets, we combine retail and hospitality expertise with operational rigour. We’re looking for a Site Associate to join our Canning Town team. In this role, you’ll help us maintain high-standard operational environments for our partners and ensure every order moves seamlessly from kitchen to rider.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Editions team. Editions is our pioneering delivery-only kitchen business, partnering with top‑tier restaurants to bring high‑quality food to more customers in more neighborhoods.

Here’s what your day‑to‑day might look like:

  • Maintain Site Excellence by executing regular deep cleaning of equipment and communal areas to ensure health and safety standards are always met.

  • Support Dispatch Operations by running food from partner kitchens to the dispatch area and communicating effectively with riders to ensure fast delivery.

  • Provide Partner Support by managing the "pot wash" and keeping kitchen equipment clean and ready for use throughout the shift.

  • Ensure Operational Safety through regular site checks with the management team to identify and resolve safety or cleanliness issues.

  • Drive Problem Solving by identifying bottlenecks in daily tasks and making recommendations to improve the efficiency of the site.
