Sky Outbound Sales Representative - Remote (UK Mainland Only)

Salary: £24,500 + bonus (Average £6,200 annually)

Hours: 2 shift patterns on a 2‑week rotation based on a 37.5‑hour contract (Mon 10:30‑7pm, Tues‑Thu 10‑7pm, Fri 9:30‑4pm) & (Mon 10‑6:30pm, Tues‑Thu 9:30‑6:30pm, Fri 9:30‑4pm)

We\'re currently hiring Sky Outbound Sales Advisors who know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close the sale – all while working from the comfort of home. If you\'re motivated by targets, great bonuses, and long‑term growth, this is the role for you.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Proactively contact 150‑200 customers daily to renew or upgrade their device protection plans.
  • Use outbound sales experience to build rapport, identify customer needs, and confidently promote suitable solutions.
  • Meet and exceed KPI\'s in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
  • Put customers first while driving commercial results.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of consistent, target‑driven sales experience within the last 3 years (telesales, outbound B2C/B2B, telemarketing). Applications without this requirement will not be accepted.
  • Resilience, drive, and a passion for closing sales and beating targets.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to every customer.
  • Self‑motivated, with the discipline to thrive in a remote, structured environment.
