Social Media & Content Coordinator - Entry Level Remote

About this role

We're looking for an entry-level Social Media and Content Coordinator to support our digital communications strategy. You'll create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, monitor audience interactions, and help measure what's working. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who's eager to learn and grow in digital marketing.

You'll work closely with our communications and development teams to bring our stories to life across social media, email, and web platforms. No prior experience is strictly required—we provide full training and support.

What you'll do

Content Creation & Management• Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn• Schedule and manage posts using content management tools• Help launch and grow new social media presence• Create content for campaigns and fundraising efforts• Update and maintain blog content and website pages

Monitoring & Analytics• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement on social platforms• Track performance metrics and create monthly reports on what's working• Learn to use analytics tools to understand audience behavior and make recommendations• Help measure the impact of campaigns

Communications Support• Manage incoming communications and route inquiries to the right team member• Support special communications projects and initiatives• Collaborate across departments to keep messaging consistent• Help with media outreach and relationship tracking

Campaign Support• Help plan and execute digital campaigns• Coordinate timelines and assets across teams• Create digital content and assets for campaigns

Skills/background needed:Entry-level digital marketing or social media experience (or equivalent learning through projects); strong written communication skills; comfort using social media platforms and basic graphic design tools like Canva; ability to learn analytics platforms quickly; detail-oriented and organized; able to work independently in a remote setting; collaborative mindset and comfortable receiving feedback.
