Job Description

You'll own our social media strategy across key channels, helping build stronger connections with both consumer and business audiences.



Working closely with teams across marketing, content, brand and customer engagement, you'll:

  • Develop and lead the social media strategy
  • Build engaging content plans that align with wider marketing activity
  • Create, edit and publish content when needed, including reactive and trend-led activity
  • Work alongside agency partners, ensuring they deliver against objectives and opportunities aren't missed
  • Support acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns through smart social planning
  • Use performance data and insight to optimise activity and influence future decisions
  • Champion social media best practice across the organisation
  • Help evolve our channel approach, recognising that different audiences engage differently across platforms


The Successful Applicant

We're interested in people who understand social media strategically, but who are equally comfortable getting hands-on.



You'll likely bring:

  • Experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand
  • Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging channels
  • Experience working with agencies and managing external partners
  • Confidence using insight, analytics and performance data to shape decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across teams
  • Great content instincts and an eye for what resonates with different audiences


Most importantly, we're looking for someone with resilience, curiosity and drive.

What's on Offer

  • Salary £40-50k
  • Annual bonus
  • Up to 10% employer pension contribution
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy up to 5 additional days
  • Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office
