We are Golden Fleece Films, a social first UK content creation agency. We specialise in digital content creating leading campaigns, social strategy, and running viral social media pages.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who is passionate about and experienced in using AI content creation tools to produce viral content. You’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, scheduling, and growing multiple social media pages with an eye for what goes viral!

You should be social-media savvy, know current trends, and understand how to monetise content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You’ll also need to be organised, self-directed, and happy to work solo or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow and engage large audiences
  • Create high-quality, AI-generated content using tools such as Google Veo, Pika Labs, Runway, MidJourney, Stable Video, and other leading AI apps
  • Edit and assemble content into engaging short-form videos and posts
  • Run and manage social media pages with a focus on viral growth
  • Plan, schedule, and post content consistently across platforms
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise strategies accordingly
  • Stay on top of trends in AI, social media, and viral content
  • Develop and execute monetisation strategies on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Be creative and full of ideas

Requirements:

  • Experience running and growing social media pages with at least 80K+ followers
  • Extensive knowledge of social media trends, viral formats, and audience engagement strategies
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to brainstorm creative ideas
  • Knowledge of platform monetisation strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Nice to Have:

  • Graphic design or motion graphics skills
  • Paid social/advertising experience
