TechYard Recruitment is working with a Global Digital Transformation Consultancy who are a GCP Solutions Provider.

They are seeking a highly motivated and talented graduate to join our team as a Trainee AI Solutions Developer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing internal AI solutions that we intend to bring to market, and the individual will help lead the design & development of that work in client projects. This role requires a fast learner with a strong technical background and practical AI experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal AI solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Contribute to client projects, applying AI expertise to solve specific business needs.
  • Utilise Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace to build efficient and scalable AI-driven productivity tools.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

  • Degree: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline including, but not limited to Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Required Skills

  • Vocational AI Experience: Demonstrated practical experience in AI development, potentially through internships, personal projects, or research.
  • Cloud Platform Proficiency: Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services relevant to AI development such as Vertex and Gemini.
  • Productivity Solutions: Familiarity with Google Workspace and the ability to leverage its tools for building productivity-enhancing AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Fast Starter: Ability to quickly integrate into the team and begin contributing to projects, particularly with a view to client project involvement in Q1.
  • Problem-Solver: A proactive and analytical approach to identifying and solving complex challenges.
  • Innovative Thinker: Passion for developing cutting-edge AI solutions and bringing new ideas to fruition.
  • Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Client-Facing: Energetic, curious, and able to hold customer-facing conversations about AI solutions.
Salary: GBP 28800 - 43200 per year
