Overview

Join the Sous Chef - Sponsorship Available role at Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd. A key part of our kitchen team, you will help create exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to design menu items.
  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Maintain a positive kitchen culture, driving food innovation and engaging the team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as junior sous, sous, or kitchen manager in a restaurant, gastro pub, or hotel is essential.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work alongside the Head Chef.

Salary and Sponsorship

Basic pay up to £33,000 plus tronc (card tips). Paid overtime, great cash tips, and full assistance with the transfer of a Skilled Worker visa for eligible applicants.
