Spa Attendant

Full-time position, 40 hours

Shifts are between 6.00 am and 10.30 pm

Your role in our family:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all Spa, Pool, and Fitness areas.
  • Regularly check and replenish towels, amenities, and refreshments in guest areas.
  • Ensure pool and spa facilities are operating safely
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, offering assistance and directions as needed.
  • Monitor guest activity to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the facility is ready for guests each day.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.
What would make you the perfect fit?
  • Previous experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or similar role, with a strong eye for detail.
  • A good level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
  • A naturally approachable and friendly manner – you enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment.
  • A true team player attitude, supporting and uplifting those around you.
  • The ability to work flexibly, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills – staying calm and organised even when things get busy.
