Reporting to the Spa Director, the Spa Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of Cottonmill Spa, ensuring guests and members are consistently treated to an impeccable, personalised experience and that operations run smoothly, efficiently and profitably. You will lead and inspire the spa team - making sure policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently followed, and that the team is staffed, trained and motivated to deliver best practice and the highest standards across every area of the spa.

Your role in our Family:

  • Lead the spa team in creating an outstanding experience for every guest
  • Champion a culture of genuine hospitality throughout the guest and member journey
  • Be accountable, alongside the Spa Director for achieving the spas financial targets and help establish strategies for delivering them
  • Recruit, induct and build a dynamic and high-performing spa team
  • Keep the team motivated and foster an enjoyable working environment
  • Deputise for the Spa Director in their absence
  • Oversee the entire spa operation on a day to day basis
What makes you the perfect fit?
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position ideally within a luxury hotel / resort
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Calm, self motivated and adaptable
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage a varied and changing workload
