Base pay range

We’re looking for an experienced Sportsbook Cashier to join our team working in our brand new Paddy\'s Sportsbook. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate betting operations, manage assets, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing exceptional customer service. Your experience and drive will contribute to creating an engaging and fun betting experience that aligns with our brand values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all betting operations: Processing wagers and paying out winners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing betting and casino activities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers regarding betting options and strategies.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to all customers.
  • Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least two years of experience in a sports betting role, accepting bets over the counter in a land based shop.
  • Knowledge of betting principles, sports markets, and relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with sports betting software.
  • Experience with Arkle and Artemis systems to manage customer interactions and promotions.
  • Strong IT skills including in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Experience with betting software and platforms.
  • Strong maths skills.
  • Problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
