Amazon's Shop With Points (SWP) program enables tens of millions of customers to use their credit card, bank, or loyalty rewards points to pay for purchases on Amazon. We are expanding SWP globally — with a focus on Europe — and are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end launch of new SWP partner programs in EU marketplaces.

This PM will be the single-threaded owner for bringing new rewards partners live across EU countries, starting with our Revolut partnership expansion and future EU direct-integration partners. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, business development, legal, compliance, and external partners to deliver seamless integrations that delight customers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own EU partner launch roadmap: Define and execute the strategy for onboarding new SWP partners in EU marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, and beyond).
  • Drive end-to-end delivery: Manage the full partner launch lifecycle — from commercial agreement through technical integration, UAT, compliance, and go-live.
  • Partner management: Serve as the primary PM point-of-contact for EU partners during integration and launch; align internal and external stakeholders on milestones and dependencies.
  • Scale the launch playbook: Build repeatable processes, tooling, and documentation that reduce time-to-launch for subsequent EU partners.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with SWP Core Platform engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing teams across NA and EU to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
  • Regulatory & compliance navigation: Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure programs meet EU financial services regulations (PSD2, data privacy/GDPR, etc.).
  • Metrics & reporting: Define success metrics for each launch (activation rate, points redemption volume, GMS contribution) and report progress to leadership.
  • Contribute to WW SWP strategy: Inform the broader SWP 3-Year Plan with EU market insights, partner pipeline prioritization, and competitive intelligence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases
  • Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of product management or technical program management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites
  • MBA, or Advanced degree
  • Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or loyalty/rewards programs
  • Familiarity with EU financial regulations (PSD2, Open Banking, GDPR)
  • Experience launching products in European markets
  • Experience with aggregator/platform integration models
