About the Role:

Join our team as a Marketing and Analytics Associate, where you will lead and develop socially enabled sourcing strategies for our prestigious client. You will leverage data insight tools to drive our Find and Engage strategy, providing market, candidate, and customer insights.

About the client:

Our client is a prestigious organisation that regulates a significant number of businesses in the UK, playing a crucial role in ensuring the financial market is honest, competitive, and fair for consumers. Hays Enterprise Solutions is responsible for Total Talent Management for this exciting and prestigious new client win, covering internal and external permanent recruitment (RPO), contingent labour (MSP), and a wide range of consultancy services, including DEI, assessment, and workforce planning.

The organization employs people across three offices (London, Leeds, Edinburgh), with a growing demand for highly skilled talent including Economists, Lawyers, Data Scientists, and Artificial Intelligence professionals. In addition to this primary organisation, we are responsible for total talent management across its subsidiary organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the Hays account delivery team to define and implement candidate attraction, talent pooling strategies, and analysis in line with forecast demand.
  • Use insights tools to provide market intel that informs our approach to sourcing.
  • Develop and execute candidate attraction initiatives in partnership with key business stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, monitoring, updating, and ensuring a planned media schedule.
  • Prepare and create advertisements for events (physical and online).
  • Manage external communication channels used by the recruitment team, ensuring content is up to date and appropriate.
  • Create and manage engagement strategies for various talent pools.
  • Oversee email marketing, including designing templates and engaging communications for talent pools and target candidate groups.
  • Track costs and return on investment associated with Work Llama CRM activity, recruitment advertising, engagement campaigns, and events.
  • Write engaging and informative copy to appeal to our target audiences.

About You:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, HR, Data, or Marketing within IT or Professional Services is desirable but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Proven track record of generating new ideas and seeing them through to fruition.
  • Passionate about recruitment marketing with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to present in person and via professionally crafted documents.
  • Experience updating and maintaining content on various platforms (e.g., careers sites, internal sites, advertising/partnership sites).
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic sourcing solutions through multiple media channels in various markets.
  • Ability to analyse data to identify trends and ascertain performance.
  • Experience building and managing talent communities and social media channels.
