We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and compassionate Student Services Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of our students.

As a key member of our non-teaching team, you will support all aspects of pastoral care, helping to create a caring, secure and inclusive environment where every student is valued and able to thrive. You will build positive and trusting relationships with students, providing a safe space for them to talk, express themselves and access the support they need.


As the Student Services Manager, you will play a key role in establishing supportive relationships with students, offering a safe space for them to talk and express themselves. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Head of Therapy, class teachers, and other professionals, you will contribute to the development and delivery of vital intervention programmes. These may include social skills, emotional resilience, friendship building, bereavement support, and anger management sessions.
