Partners focuses on creating high-impact collaborations and events that align with each client’s strategic, philanthropic, and commercial goals.Role Description This part-time, remote Summer Internship in Events and Event Partnerships offers hands-on experience supporting high-profile initiatives across Curated Partners’ client base. Interns will assist with researching potential event venues, partners, sponsors, and audiences; preparing briefing materials and presentations; and coordinating timelines and logistics for virtual and in-person events.
Day-to-day work will include drafting communications, updating project trackers, supporting outreach to partners, and helping maintain accurate documentation of contacts, contracts, and deliverables. The role also involves monitoring industry news, compiling insights to inform event strategies, and contributing ideas to enhance guest experience and partnership value. Interns will collaborate with senior team members, participate in virtual meetings, and gain exposure to events connected to sports, luxury brands, philanthropy, and investment communities.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information for event and partnership planning.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including drafting emails, briefs, and presentation content.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management platforms).
- Interest in events, strategic partnerships, sports, luxury brands, or family office ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a client-focused mindset when handling sensitive or high-profile information.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business, communications, marketing, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute ideas within a remote, fast-paced environment.
