We'd love to speak to: * Qualified Teachers * Teaching Assistants * Nursery Practitioners * Early Career Teachers (ECTs) * Education Support Staff * Graduates * Individuals looking to start a career in education * Those with transferable skills from sectors such as care, youth work or coaching Requirements To be considered for work with Vision for Education, you will: * Have a passion for supporting children and young people in their education and development. * Hold relevant qualifications and/or experience for the role you are interested in, or have transferable skills from a related background. * Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Be adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic, with the flexibility to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEND settings. * Be committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, safeguarding and teaching and learning. * Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered to the Update Service. * Be able to provide suitable references covering your employment and/or education history. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
