Airbnb Services is redefining the guest experience by bringing premium in‑home services directly to stays. We offer 10 categories across 260 cities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential hosts in person, using online research, cold calling, community engagement, and local networking.
  • Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive in‑person conversations to showcase Airbnb Services and convert interest into host submissions.
  • Onboarding: Partner with cross‑functional teams to facilitate the initial onboarding of new hosts, ensuring they are informed and equipped for success.
  • Market Insights: Gather insights from potential hosts and community to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations.
  • A curious and scrappy mindset with an eagerness to proactively identify new tactics.
  • Experience with local communities and social platforms.
  • Highly organized, managing multiple conversations and leads across platforms.
  • Clear, positive communication, both verbally and written.
  • Passionate about Airbnb’s mission to create belonging and economic opportunity.
  • Familiarity with small business owners, hosts, or side hustlers is a plus.
  • Based in London with deep local knowledge.
