Supply Chain Operation Remote - Contract - US HRS Night shift in India

Fully remote as contractor - This is contract role with 12 Months duration with GOOGLE

Work time zone US PST time zone, 8 am-5 pm which is night shift in India from 08:30 PM IST to 05:30 AM IST or India Standard Time For this role, we need someone with Supply Chain experience, strong comm skills, who can run meetings with US vendors and show proactive ownership on daily tasks.

  • TurnKey PO Life Cycle Management ( Material Delivery, Transportation, Storage and Exceptions handling )
Publish PO Tracker ( PO Issue date - Estimated vs Actual, PO Acknowledgement, Commit Date, ASN, Closure, PO Reporting - Open & Closed) Match Invoice to POs for invoice approval process -

PO approval backend data - Provide supporting Data for PO approvals - ( Match PO to Order ID, Rack Qty, Verify TLA BOM pricing from ivalua)

Exceptions handling

Perform manual PO analysis between estimated and actuals

Develop reports to support all turnkey POs

Planning - Ingest Rack Forecast for material delivery TLA BOM alignment with Rack Integrator and Customer's PLM

Ensure Pricing is available for all Rack integrator's supplied materials

Execution - Report in Rack WIP status from Rack Integrators

Manage and reporting of Rack Quality Outputs

Available to promise reporting

Open PO reporting from Rack Integrator

Rack Integrator expedite requests

Develop reports to support rack manufacturing

Service Line 2: Contract Manufacturing Support Services

  • Staging Order Life Cycle Management
Order Intake, Validation, Confirmation - Order Status reporting. Resolving issues for orders Resolve Master Data Management exceptions as part of order planning

STO management: Reporting on STO status and working with CMs/stakeholders for timely closure of all STOs.

CM Inventory Management: Reporting weekly on CM Inventory health, along with burndown plan.

Dropship Order

Confirmation of Material Delivery at Google destination location

RMA for Dead on Arrival
