This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will support individuals both at home and in the community, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs
  • Support access to community activities, education, and social opportunities
  • Promote independence, choice, and positive risk-taking
  • Assist with daily routines and life skills development
  • Use calm, consistent, and respectful approaches during challenging situations
  • Work in line with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals
  • Monitor progress and adapt support to meet changing needs
  • Uphold dignity, respect, and individual choice at all times

You will never be expected to manage situations alone — teamwork and management support are fundamental to how we operate.

We are looking for people with the right values and attitude. Experience in care is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
