Role Overview

Kearney FM is inviting applications fromsyndicated DJs and radio show producerswho would like to broadcast theirpre-recorded showson our platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to extend your show’s reach, grow your audience, and be part of a station that values authentic voices and great content.

This is anon-paid, non-exclusive syndication opportunityfor presenters who already produce radio shows and want additional exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Submit a high-qualitypre-recorded radio show(typically 1–2 hours) on aweeklybasis

  • Ensure all content is radio-ready

  • Provide promotional text and artwork for our schedule and social media

  • Meet agreed upload/submission deadlines

  • Maintain consistent show quality and listener value

  • Optional: Engage with our audience via social media or community groups

Requirements

  • You must own the rights or have permission to syndicate your show

  • Audio must be professionally presented andclean (Ofcom-compliant)

  • File delivery via WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or syndication platform

  • Shows must not include paid third-party advertisements without prior agreement

  • Suitable for a16+ audience

  • Reliable and committed to regular delivery
