Just like you We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6 month temporary assignment to lead the end-to-end hiring process for our RDC (Regional Distribution Centre) functions including Logistics, HR, Supply Chain and Property.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and delivering a brilliant candidate experience from start to finish.

- Responsible for the 360-recruitment cycle for salaried roles from job brief to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and bring roles to life
- Advertise vacancies across the right channels and track ROI
- Screen and shortlist candidates using SuccessFactors (ATS)
- Use active sourcing to find top talent and build pipelines
- Manage interviews, feedback, and candidate communications
- Create and issue contracts, check documentation, and support onboarding
- Keep systems up to date and ensure data accuracy
- Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategy and market trends
- Support DE&I initiatives across all recruitment activity
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand teams
- Provide in-person support for regional events and assessment centres
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence using ATS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors)
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven experience in recruiting management roles
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders when required
- Passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
- Flexibility to support cross-team projects and peak periods
