<p>Team Assistant/ Personal Assistant – Temporary Role<br /> Overview<br /> We are looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organised Team Assistant to join a professional corporate environment in the West End. This role would suit a well-rounded Team Assistant who can act as a reliable second pair of hands to support a busy team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.<br /> The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and previous experience working within a corporate or professional services environment.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner<br /> • Provide diary management support for the team<br /> • Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and meeting arrangements<br /> • Greet and assist visitors, front-of-house experience<br /> • Organise meetings, meeting rooms, and refreshments where required<br /> • Place office and team orders as needed<br /> • Create and format documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office<br /> • Provide general administrative support to the wider team<br /> • Assist with ad hoc tasks and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth team operations<br /> Skills & Experience Required<br /> • Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Support role<br /> • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint<br /> • Experience with diary management and meeting coordination<br /> • Excellent client service and communication skills<br /> • Professional telephone manner and polished presentation<br /> • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively<br /> • Proactive, reliable, and willing to support wherever needed<br /> • Previous experience within a corporate environment is highly advantageous<br /> Personal Attributes<br /> • Friendly, engaging, and approachable<br /> • Positive attitude with a hands-on approach<br /> • Reliable and dependable<br /> • Professional and polished<br /> • Team-oriented with a flexible mindset<br /> Additional Information<br /> • Location: West End<br /> • Working Pattern: Fully office-based<br /> • Pay Rate: £20.56 per hour inclusive of holiday pay<br /> • 9am – 6pm</p>
