Atlas Hotels is hiring a Team Member F&B right now at Holiday Inn Express London Dartford.

20hrs

  • Welcome and serve guests in the bar, restaurant, and public areas, delivering a friendly and professional service.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to brand standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all food and beverage areas, including bar counters, dining spaces, and service stations.
  • Follow all hygiene, allergen, and food safety procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where appropriate.
  • Support with stock rotation, deliveries, and storage of food and beverage items.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver smooth hotel operations and excellent guest service.
