Elevate the Frontline Airport Experience

Imagine shaping the technology that keeps 150+ airports moving safely and efficiently. As our new Tech Lead for Enable Ground Crew, you will do exactly that.

You will own the technical strategy for critical, mission-critical systems.

This includes mobile-first tools, real-time communication feeds, and data ecosystems used daily by ground crews and frontline teams. If you love solving complex, high-stakes operational puzzles and mentoring talented engineers, this is your next destination.

Your Impact

  • Set the Technical Direction: Define the architecture for scalable, cloud-native, and mobile-first systems across a global airport network.
  • Lead by Example: Provide hands-on leadership to engineers. You will set coding standards, review technical designs, and champion best practices.
  • Bridge the Gap: Partner with Product Managers and Regional Delivery Leads to turn business needs into resilient engineering roadmaps.
  • Drive Engineering Excellence
  • Cultivate a modern engineering culture focused on CI/CD, DevOps, API-first architecture, and test automation.
  • Protect the Operation: Ensure absolute stability, observability, and rapid root-cause resolution for high-stakes operational platforms .
What You Bring
  • Proven Leadership: Experience as a Tech Lead or Principal Engineer managing mission-critical or large-scale operational systems.
  • Core Technical Stack: A strong background in software engineering with deep expertise in at least one major stack (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
  • Cloud & Integration Mastery: Experience designing cloud-native solutions (preferably AWS), microservices, API integrations, and event-driven architectures.
  • Operational Mindset: A sharp focus on balancing speed and quality against technical debt, cost, and real-world operational usability.
  • People First: A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing, continuous-learning engineering teams.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience supporting mobile operational tooling and connected device ecosystems.
  • Background knowledge of airline, airport, or transport operational systems.
