Technical Lead – Power Apps, Power Automate

Job Description:

  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to customers using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Lead and manage the technical team handling Power Apps and Power Automate cases
  • Support case resolution and diagnose complex issues
  • Reproduce issues in an environment before concluding
  • Read error telemetry and troubleshoot from error messages, run history and logs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex issues and escalations
  • Review technical resolutions for quality, accuracy and adherence to support standards
  • Mentor team members and improve troubleshooting and technical capabilities
  • Handle Power Apps issues involving canvas and model-driven apps, formulas, delegation, controls, performance, data sources, connectors, Dataverse, environments, ALM, licensing and entitlements
  • Handle Power Automate issues involving cloud flows, desktop flows, RPA, approvals, scheduled flows, integrations, throttling, API limits, retry policies, performance and DLP governance
  • Write clear case notes and customer-facing updates
  • Escalate cases with complete evidence when they exceed scope
  • Contribute reusable solutions to the knowledge base
  • Meet response time, resolution quality and customer satisfaction standards
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve critical issues
  • Ensure the team follows technical and support processes
  • Work assigned rotational shifts, remain available during shift hours and support team and customer cases
  • Participate in activity monitoring during shift hours
  • Complete Gigmos onboarding, client-specific process training and required certification before taking live cases

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Power Automate and Power Apps in a support role
  • 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead role with proven team-handling experience
  • Hands-on experience building and supporting canvas and model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate flows in a real working environment
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, environments and Power Platform security concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot using error messages, run history and logs
  • Strong written English
  • Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a working machine, and a quiet place to work during shifts
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and comply with client security and data handling requirements
  • Preferred: Microsoft certification PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600
  • Preferred: Experience in customer-facing support or service desk environments with SLAs
  • Preferred: Exposure to Power BI, Azure, SharePoint or Dynamics 365
  • Preferred: Experience handling technical escalations and mentoring technical teams
  • Preferred: Additional language capability beyond English
