We’re looking for a curious, impact-driven Tech SEO Specialist to join our award-winning Search team at Reboot Online !

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional SEO and GEO strategies across a diverse client base, helping brands maximise ROI and visibility in an evolving search landscape. From audits and roadmaps to reporting and client comms, this is a hands-on role where your work will directly drive growth and client success.

Key Objective

As an SEO Specialist at Reboot, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of technical SEO, content optimisation, and GEO strategies that drive measurable results. You’ll own performance across your accounts, plus reporting agency-wide on KPIs and using real insights to fuel continuous growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving SEO puzzles, values structure and autonomy, and wants to shape best-in-class strategies that go beyond just rankings.

Core Responsibilities

SEO Delivery & Optimisation

Run detailed SEO, technical, and on-site audits that inform high-impact roadmaps

Conduct keyword research and create structured, ROI-focused content strategies

Track events and conversions to measure success across key metrics

Collaborate with dev and creative teams to bring recommendations to life

Spot opportunities and solve problems, pivoting strategy when needed

Keep client dashboards and reports updated with clear, actionable insights

Client Communication & Account Management

Manage your owncomms,keeping clients updated, aligned and confident

Share performance updates and optimisation plans in monthly/quarterly reviews

Assist in onboarding new SEO accounts and shaping initial roadmaps

Flag risks early, propose solutions, and maintain strong relationships

Contribute to pitches, renewals and proposals as needed

Service Innovation & Thought Leadership

Champion SEO and GEO internally and externally – via content, socials and campaigns

Propose and help run campaigns for Reboot’s own site and brand visibility

Collaborate with Growth and Marketing on lead generation ideas

Contribute to the development of Reboot’s authority in the GEO space

About You

Hands-on experience with SEO tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush etc.

Strong analytical skills –you’re confident in interpreting data to spot trends and make decisions

Excellent client communication –you can explain SEO clearly and strategically

A proactive mindset –you spot problems and offer solutions, fast

Highly organised, with an eye for detail and a drive to constantly improve

You care about theimpactof your work –rankings are great, but ROI is better

Curious about AI and GEO –you’re open to testing, learning, and evolving

4-day working week (Fridays off, always)
