Job Description

The Technology Controls Analyst plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and technology assets for a global financial leader. As an Experienced Professional, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring robust control frameworks that mitigate technology risks across various platforms and business lines. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive technology risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats.
  • Monitor control effectiveness and identify control gaps, recommending and overseeing remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to integrate security controls into systems and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, FCA), and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on control design and implementation for new technologies and projects.
  • Prepare and present reports on technology risk posture and control performance to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in performing risk assessments, control gap analysis, and control design.

  • Proficiency in identifying and mitigating risks related to operating systems, databases, networks, and applications.
