Title: Telesales Agent – Retentions
Department: Telesales

Salary: £23,352 plus uncapped commission
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

As part of our Retentions team, you will use your influencing and negotiation skills to retain our domestic customers, through outbound telephony contact.

You will contact customers who have either recently left us or are due to leave, with the aim of retaining them.

You will be great at building instant rapport and providing a first-class customer service experience. You will ensure all calls are complaint and in line with our policies and procedures.

As an experienced salesperson, you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to have great customer conversations.

You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a target driven mindset to hit your sales targets.
