We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and friendly team based in Epsom.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys speaking to customers and providing a helpful, professional service.

The Role

* Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email
* Providing information and resolving customer queries
* Updating customer records and systems accurately
* Dealing with a variety of enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Working as part of a busy and supportive customer service team

About You

* Previous customer service experience handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls is essential
* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Confident speaking with customers and able to handle enquiries professionally
* Good IT and administration skills
* Able to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
* Reliable, organised and approachable
