The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Administrator to join a busy team in Wimbledon on a 12-week temporary assignment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination skills who enjoys working across multiple teams and managing a fast-moving workload. You will take ownership of the organisation and coordination of seasonal product samples, supporting a variety of high-profile Marketing and Supply Chain projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order seasonal samples to support Marketing and Supply Chain projects, including photoshoots, TV shoots, awards applications, merchandising set-ups and more.
  • Manage the delivery, sending and communication of seasonal samples.
  • Take full ownership of the organisation of seasonal samples at Head Office, ensuring products are accurately stored and managed.
  • Maintain cross-departmental documentation to ensure all stakeholders have clear visibility of seasonal sample status.
  • Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Act as the sole point of contact for seasonal samples within Head Office.
  • Coordinate multiple requests and deadlines, ensuring samples are available when and where required.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained and information is communicated clearly across relevant teams.
About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across different teams.
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership of processes.
  • Experienced in administration, coordination or a similar role, ideally within Marketing, Retail, FMCG or Supply Chain.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
