Tenancy Services Assistant

The Tenancy Services Team at South Essex Homes is looking for a highly motivated all round communicator to join our committed team providing a specialised tenancy and estate management service.

Are you currently working in a housing environment or front line service area and looking to expand on your current experience or looking to broaden your horizons?

Are you self motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with good organisational skills? Can you work as part of a team and on your own initiative? Can you meet targets and do you have good communication skills?

We currently have a part time vacancy, working 18.5 hours all day Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday morning. The successful candidate must have the ability to drive around the city.
