Therapeutic Coach Practitioner x2 (Part-Time)

Watford and/or Ware, Hertfordshire, with occasional travel to community venues across Hertfordshire as required

Salary: £15,600 - £20,800 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent

Guideposts Trust is looking for two compassionate and motivated Therapeutic Coach Practitioners to join our innovative You Matter service, supporting individuals following a suicide attempt.

This rewarding role involves providing trauma-informed coaching and emotional wellbeing support, helping people build resilience, develop coping strategies, and move towards recovery.
