TikTok Live Presenter - PART or FULL TIME ROLE

Company Overview:

Bugalugs Pet Care, formed in 2020, are the UK’s leading pet care product manufacturer. Based in Cumbria on the edge of the Lake District, we specialise in our own-brand grooming products, supplements and dental for dogs and cats.

Position Overview:

Bugalugs Pet Care is growing our presence on TikTok LIVE and we're looking for a natural, engaging presenter to become the face of our brand, bringing our products to life for a growing, loyal audience, session after session.

The Role:

You'll host regular TikTok LIVE sessions independantly and remote from your own studio setup showcasing Bugalugs products, talking through what problems they solve for pets and their owners, and keeping viewers engaged.

What you'll do

  • Host live TikTok Shop sessions (up to 2.5 hours), presenting products in a warm, natural style
  • Structure each live around clear focus products, framing them around the real problems they solve for pet owners
  • Engage directly with live viewers, answering questions in real time and keeping energy and attention high throughout
  • Prepare content and segments for future shows based on data and trends to continuously improve performance
  • Review data and insights to pitch new strategies for testing

Skills, Experience, and Characteristics:

  • Live Presenting experience across TikTok or similar channels
  • Ideally sales experience, either from TikTok Live or other sales environments dealing direct with customers
  • Your own studio set up (camera, lighting etc)
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok & live streaming e.g. Instagram Live, Facebook Live
  • Motivated by achieving targets.
  • Genuine interest in pet care products and a love of pets.
  • Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK
